Bitcoin mining company Cango completes 10-for-1 reverse stock split and will adopt new CUSIP

Odaily Planet Daily reported that Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin mining company Cango has completed a 10-for-1 reverse stock split of its authorized, issued, and outstanding Class A and Class B common stock as of 5:00 PM Eastern Time on July 20, 2026. The consolidated Class A common stock will resume trading on the New York Stock Exchange at the opening bell on July 21, 2026, under the ticker symbol "CANG," but will adopt a new CUSIP number, G1820C 110.
Following the reverse stock split, Cango's total authorized capital remains $100,000, divided into 100 million shares of common stock with a par value of $0.001 per share, including 92,067,428 Class A common shares and 7,932,572 Class B common shares. (PRNewswire)
