BlackRock's Korea ETF has allocated approximately 25% of its holdings to SK Hynix

Odaily Planet Daily News: The iShares MSCI South Korea ETF (EWY), listed on the Korea Exchange and managed by asset management giant BlackRock, recorded net inflows of over $2.8 billion last week, setting a new single-week historical high, far surpassing the $1.2 billion record set in February this year. Of this, about 25% of the fund’s positions have been allocated to SK Hynix.

Data shows that last week, South Korean investment products attracted a total net inflow of $3.03 billion, ranking first among all countries globally. During the same period, listed emerging market ETFs in the United States saw total net inflows of $4.39 billion, the highest since February 27. Among them, equity ETFs absorbed $4.22 billion, while bond funds saw inflows of $164 million. (Bloomberg)
