Odaily Planet Daily News, July 15th - The U.S. International Trade Commission has voted to initiate a Section 337 investigation into certain dynamic random access memory devices and their downstream products and components (II) (Investigation Code: 337-TA-1511). The U.S. International Trade Commission will determine the end date of the investigation within 45 days after it is initiated. Unless vetoed by the U.S. Trade Representative on policy grounds, any remedial orders issued by the U.S. International Trade Commission in Section 337 cases take effect on the date of issuance and become final on the 60th day after the issuance date.
