Securitize appoints two veteran bankers to board of directors

Odaily reports that Securitize has announced the appointment of Rebecca Macieira-Kaufmann and Manolo Sánchez to its board of directors, strengthening its governance structure as a provider of compliant infrastructure for next-generation capital markets. Rebecca held multiple executive roles at Citigroup for over 11 years, most recently overseeing its international personal banking business. She is now the founder of RMK Group and serves as a director at Fifth Era Acquisition Corporation.
