Foreign Media: SK Hynix Accelerates Mass Production of HBM4 for NVIDIA

According to foreign media reports, SK Hynix has officially initiated mass production and shipment of its 12-layer HBM4 to NVIDIA, with the product entering the ramping-up phase. Unlike previous supplies which were classified as samples, this marks the first time HBM4 has completed all quality certifications to its final specifications, targeting NVIDIA's next-generation AI platform, "Vera Rubin." It is reported that starting from September this year, SK Hynix will formally expand the shipment scale of HBM4 to fully meet NVIDIA's demand for high-end computing chips. (Jin Shi)
