Odaily Planet Daily News: The Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association stated on July 10 that it has submitted a letter to the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs supporting the CLARITY Act, while also calling for amendments to strengthen accountability in decentralized finance (DeFi) and preserve the existing powers of investigators. The bill had previously received support from the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives, marking the second public endorsement from a major U.S. law enforcement organization.
