WTI crude oil surged past $80, and Brent crude rose above $85

Odaily reported that, according to Gate data, WTI crude oil expanded its intraday gains to 2.9%, breaking through the $80 per barrel mark for the first time in a month. Brent crude oil stood above $85 per barrel, hitting a new high since June 12.
