Russian man kidnapped in Bali, held captive for 30 hours and forced to hand over cryptocurrency account

While riding a motorcycle after work, the man was stopped by a black Nissan Serena. Two masked assailants handcuffed him with plastic restraints, blindfolded him, and took him to a two-story house. The man was held captive for about 30 hours, during which he was subjected to violent treatment such as punching and kicking. The assailants forced him to reveal his cryptocurrency account passwords, stole his phone, and used a villa key obtained from his motorcycle to enter his residence, taking a second phone to further gain access to the accounts. Around 4 a.m. on July 4, the man was abandoned near Udayana University Hospital in Jimbaran and received medical treatment.
