Du Jun: Metagent Founder Li Bojie Refuses to Fulfill Investment Agreement and Goes Missing

Odaily Planet Daily News: ABCDE Capital Co-founder Du Jun posted that Metagent founder Li Bojie is the "founder with the least sense of contract spirit" he has ever worked with.

Du Jun stated that Li Bojie founded Metagent in 2024 and received investment from ABCDE Capital, but thereafter refused to fulfill the basic obligations stipulated in the investment agreement, including updating investors on business progress and financial status, and subsequently even went directly out of contact. Du Jun said that venture capital can accept project failure, but cannot accept fraudulent behavior such as founders "absconding" after receiving investment.
