Odaily Planet Daily News: A senior Iranian official stated that indirect talks between Tehran and Washington began in Doha on Tuesday evening local time, with discussions focusing on the unfreezing of Iranian funds and issues related to the Strait of Hormuz.

The official said: "The indirect negotiations began on Tuesday evening. Iranian officials held meetings with Qatari and Pakistani officials, who subsequently contacted the U.S. side. The indirect talks continued on Wednesday, with a focus on Iran's frozen assets and the Strait of Hormuz issue." (Jin Shi)
