Odaily reports that Techdollar has announced the completion of a $3 million Pre-Seed funding round, with participation from NoLimit Holdings, Reforge VC, as well as individual investors including Newmichwill, RoyLearner, and Ansem. The project primarily operates a blockchain-based private credit platform, allowing founders, employees, venture investors, and family offices to obtain loans collateralized by equity in private technology companies without having to sell their shares.
