SK Hynix files for Nasdaq listing, plans to raise up to $29 billion through ADR

Odaily Planet Daily News SK Hynix announced on June 24 that it has filed a Nasdaq listing application, planning to raise up to 45 trillion won (approximately $29 billion) through American Depositary Receipts (ADR). The ADR will be listed in July, and the proceeds will be used to build factories in South Korea and purchase EUV equipment.
