Odaily Planet Daily News: The People's Bank of China, the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Financial Regulatory Administration, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government have issued the "Shanghai International Financial Center Offshore Financial Development Action Plan." The plan states that, relying on the Digital RMB International Operations Center, the construction and operation of digital RMB cross-border, offshore, and blockchain infrastructure will be carried out under the premise of safety and controllability. It will steadily advance interconnection with overseas financial infrastructure and progressively promote the application and scenario expansion of digital RMB in offshore business.
