Odaily Odaily reported that Jake Chervinsky, CEO of Hyperliquid Policy Center, stated that CME's lawsuit against the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is a major misjudgment and an unnecessary mistake. CME, long regarded as the dominant player in the U.S. derivatives market, now appears in court actions as a monopoly vested interest afraid of competition. Jake Chervinsky also cited CFTC Chairman Mike Selig's view that vested interests are always afraid of the future, but the public should not be afraid of vested interests.
