Odaily Planet Daily News, according to official sources, Nasdaq-listed company NewGenIVF Group (NIVF) announced an additional investment of $4 million in prediction market platform K25.ai, completing its $10 million Pre-A round of financing. Upon completion of the financing, K25.ai is valued at $100 million, with NewGenIVF Group's equity stake expected to reach 10%.
In addition to the equity investment, NewGenIVF Group has also obtained exclusive agency rights for K25.ai in the Asia-Pacific region. K25.ai is an AI-native live streaming and prediction market platform targeting the Asia-Pacific region. The product has not yet been officially launched and is currently applying for relevant regulatory licenses in some markets.
