The new name will take effect on June 25, 2026, and the company will begin trading under the new name starting June 26, fully transitioning to the AI data center infrastructure track. Earlier this month, the company announced a $55 million common stock offering to support the construction of AI hosting and high-performance computing digital infrastructure for business growth.
