The goal is to use AI to redesign the bank’s operational model, covering areas such as customer experience, commercial banking services, risk management, operational efficiency, software development, and employee productivity. It is reported that BBVA employees have created over 20,000 custom GPTs internally, of which approximately 4,000 are frequently used by teams, covering multiple business fields including legal, risk, customer service, finance, and marketing.
