Any damage it causes to allies in the Gulf will be compensated using funds withdrawn from Iran's accounts; any transit fees paid to the Persian Gulf Passage Authority will be offset using funds withdrawn from its accounts; every attack launched by Iran will only deepen the economic, social, and financial consequences it faces.
