Delaware, USA advances a statewide ban on cryptocurrency ATMs, existing devices may need to be removed within 90 days

Odaily Planet Daily reports that Bitcoin News posted on X platform, stating that the Delaware House Economic Development Committee has advanced House Bill 441, which would ban all cryptocurrency ATMs across the state. If the bill passes the state Senate and is signed into law, existing devices must be removed within 90 days. Lawmakers say fraud related to crypto ATMs is increasing. Indiana, Tennessee, and Minnesota have also previously advanced similar restrictions or bans.
