Goldman Sachs Partners with Apex and Archax to Launch Tokenized Real Estate Fund

Odaily Planet Daily News: Goldman Sachs has partnered with fund services giant Apex Group and digital asset exchange Archax to launch a tokenized real estate fund. The fund combines blockchain-native issuance with established fund structures, tokenizing its fund shares using Goldman Sachs' blockchain platform, GS DAP. Infrastructure provider Ownera and real estate investment management firm LRC Group also participated in the fund's debut.

LRC Group serves as the fund's administrator, Archax acts as custodian and the first distribution partner, while Ownera is responsible for connecting participants with distribution channels. Apex Group provides alternative investment fund administration services through Fundrock LIS, as well as asset management and depositary services via Apex Fund Services Luxembourg. (coindesk)
