Binance discloses revenue sharing agreement with Alpaca, will receive 50% of order flow fees

Odaily Planet Daily News Binance official documents reveal a revenue sharing agreement with Alpaca, an API provider for custody and brokerage infrastructure. According to Binance Securities Trading Terms, Binance will receive 50% of Alpaca's order flow payment fees, as well as 65% of the remaining profit from users' stock lending after paying interest to users. Alpaca provides brokerage, clearing, and custody infrastructure for Binance's stock trading products.
Previously, Binance has launched trading access to over 7,000 US-listed stocks and exchange-traded funds, and has previewed a tokenized stock product called bStocks. As of December 2025, Alpaca's assets under custody amounted to $480 million. (cointelegraph)
