美国CLARITY法案审议或被推迟至7月,8月最终通过概率受影响
Odaily Planet Daily News Crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett posted on X platform, stating that due to ongoing divisions within the Republican Party over the border security coordination bill, the U.S. Senate failed to advance the relevant agenda before the Memorial Day recess. As a result, the crypto market structure bill, the CLARITY Act, will need to compete for Senate floor time again after Congress reconvenes in early June. The current Senate schedule is already very tight, with housing bills, the farm bill, and the June 12 FISA Act deadline all needing to be addressed. Therefore, the crypto market structure legislation is likely to be delayed until July for consideration, impacting the probability of its final passage before the August recess. It is reported that staff from the Senate Agriculture Committee and the Banking Committee have begun coordinating behind the scenes to consolidate the bill text, and related technical drafting work will continue during the recess.
