Odaily Planet Daily News: Cross-chain settlement protocol Everclear announced on platform X the closure of its Foundation, Labs, and product development. The core reason is that although its solver-based cross-chain fund rebalancing model has reached a monthly transaction volume of $500 million, user price sensitivity has made it difficult to convert into substantial revenue. The DAO will continue to operate and explore open-sourcing the protocol. If there are remaining funds, it will consider repurchasing CLEAR tokens. Currently, the official team has not disclosed a specific closure timeline, asset handling plan, or subsequent arrangements for user funds.
