Informed sources revealed that during the call, Netanyahu vigorously criticized the agreement aimed at ending the war with Iran, while Trump defended the diplomatic process. Israel has long been skeptical about whether Iran will abide by any agreement to dismantle its nuclear program and halt attacks on regional countries. According to informed sources, Netanyahu reiterated these positions to Trump during a call last Sunday and again during Tuesday’s call. However, Trump was not convinced. He told Netanyahu that he would continue pushing for an agreement to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons.
