Data: XAU contract 24h trading volume surges 50%, Binance, OKX and Bitget collectively hold approximately 80% market share

Odaily Odaily reports that amid a short-term pullback in spot gold and heightened market volatility, XAU contract trading volumes have expanded significantly. According to data from CoinGlass, the current price of XAU is $4,573.68, down 2.52% over the past 24 hours. During the same period, the total 24-hour trading volume for XAU contracts across the network reached $2.370 billion, representing a 50.52% increase compared to the previous day.

Among centralized exchanges, XAU contract trading volume is concentrated on leading platforms, with Binance, OKX, and Bitget ranking in the top three. Their respective 24-hour trading volumes stand at $1.404 billion, $257 million, and $227 million, collectively accounting for approximately 80% of the total market share.
