The company primarily focuses on building an operating system for modern financial institutions. Its API-first platform enables banks, fintech companies, and non-financial institutions to launch, scale, and operate financial products on a modular technology stack. Over the past six months, transaction volumes on the Stitch platform have exceeded $5 billion. In 2025, the company's customer count increased tenfold, and revenue grew 20 times.
a16z stated that after years of in-depth research into global fintech infrastructure opportunities, Stitch represents the clearest embodiment of the next-generation infrastructure they have discovered.
