On May 3 local time, the head of the Civil Committee of the Iranian Parliament stated that according to the parliament's plan for the management of the Strait of Hormuz, all traffic through the Strait of Hormuz must obtain permission from Iran, and any cargo belonging to Israel has no right to pass under any circumstances.
