开发者拟分叉比特币eCash,重配中本聪持仓BTC

2026-04-27 10:13

Odaily Planet Daily News: Paul Sztorc, a developer who has long focused on Bitcoin scaling solutions, has proposed a Bitcoin hard fork named eCash at block height 964,000 in August 2026. Users holding BTC at the time of the fork will receive eCash on a 1:1 basis, and the new chain will introduce a Drivechains sidechain architecture. The primary controversy centers on the plan to pre-allocate a portion of the eCash corresponding to Satoshi Nakamoto's addresses on the new chain to early investors, a move that has drawn community criticism, with some labeling it as "theft" of tokens. Paul Sztorc stated that the aim is to provide incentives for development and collaboration before the project's launch.
