US-listed company Aurelion discloses holding 33,318 Tether Gold tokens, of which 10,000 are staked

Nasdaq-listed company Aurelion disclosed that it currently holds 33,318 Tether Gold (XAUT) tokens. Based on the price of $4,719.15 per ounce on April 23, the value of its holdings exceeds $157 million. The company also disclosed that it has staked 10,000 XAUT tokens, transforming the gold token from a pure reserve asset into a yield-generating collateral asset.
