Odaily Planet Daily News: Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM) has officially launched the "Stablecoin Reserve Portfolio" (MSNXX), a government money market fund specifically designed for stablecoin issuers. It invests solely in highly liquid instruments such as U.S. Treasuries and government securities repurchase agreements, with a target net asset value maintained at $1 and offering daily liquidity.
