Odaily Planet Daily News: A senior Iranian official stated that indirect talks between Tehran and Washington began in Doha on Tuesday evening local time; the talks focused on the unfreezing of Iranian funds and issues related to the Strait of Hormuz.

The official said: "The indirect negotiations began on Tuesday evening. The Iranian side held meetings with officials from Qatar and Pakistan, who then contacted the US side. The indirect talks continued on Wednesday, focusing on Iran's frozen assets and the issue of the Strait of Hormuz." (Jin Shi)
