The Global Crypto Art Decentralized Organization - Global Crypto Art DAO co-sponsored the exhibition with the Venice Biennale Committee and the Cameroon National Pavilion. GCA DAO invited 15 senior contemporary art curators, critics, collectors, NFT investors and outstanding practitioners in the encryption art industry from the art world and encryption industry around the world to form the GCA Art Council, which consists of Member recommendation, evaluation and voting resulted in 22 outstanding artists to submit to the Venice Committee for confirmation of the list of exhibitors.
"The Time of the Chimeras" global encryption art exhibition will be held at the Bernardo Palace (Palazzo Bernardo Venice, San Polo 2186) on the central island of Venice on April 23, 2022, at the same time as other exhibitions of the Venice Biennale Opening, April 20th to 22nd is the VIP preview day.
The exhibition will close on November 27, 2022 for a period of seven months. During the exhibition, GCA DAO will also cooperate with major organizations and encryption communities to hold various lectures, forums, workshops and other activities for nearly a million art practitioners, art lovers and people in the field of encryption collections visiting from all over the world.
Among the participating artists, there are many names that have performed well in the encryption art market, such as Kevin Abosch, Marina Nunet, Eduwrdo Kac, etc., as well as veteran artists who began to practice digital and multimedia art in the 1970s and 1980s with the development of computer technology. Emerging artists with the development of encryption art, as well as outstanding artists who have accumulated outstanding creations in contemporary art and have begun to explore encryption art.
