Event Introduction

As Japan's premier annual blockchain event, WebX 2026, approaches, GAEA Ventures officially announced that it will host two official side events in Tokyo during the conference. These two events have garnered strong support from numerous top-tier industry teams and partners, including ORIGINS, MAGNE.AI, FameEX, XPIN Network, SKYDAO, DDEX, Savior Of Health, TradingSkill, AllScale, and 021Lab. The first event, "AI Agents Night: Autonomous Agent-Driven Web3 Economy," will kick off on July 12 at THE BAGUS PLACE, a premier social venue in Tokyo's Ginza district. As on-chain entities capable of autonomous decision-making, AI Agents are evolving from traditional conversational models into autonomous on-chain executors, handling intent parsing, multi-step transactions, and dynamic asset allocation. With the convergence of LLMs (Lifecycle Management) and smart contracts, the traditional application layer is being redefined. Following this, GAEA Ventures, in collaboration with "Nihon Dennou Yokocho," will host a second cross-industry social event on the evening of July 13 in Tsukiji: "WebX Side Event – AI Community Night: Board Games, Takoyaki & Networking." This event deeply integrates AI innovation and Web3 technology with traditional Japanese culture. Held in an intimate, hidden venue away from the conventional conference atmosphere, it will feature beloved Japanese treats like takoyaki and board games, encouraging genuine interaction. Participants can engage in deep, late-night conversations (Honne) with founders, developers, investors, and thought leaders, and also experience next-generation AI creations firsthand, including AI-generated short films and music.
