
Solar, Solana's official Chinese-speaking community, HackQuest, a developer education platform, and Sonic SVM have jointly launched the second cohort of the Solaris Accelerator. Officially supported by the Solana Foundation, the accelerator aims to provide systematic growth and resource support for startups in the Chinese-speaking region, with events planned in Singapore, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and other locations.
Seven teams graduated from the first cohort in 2025, four of which secured follow-on funding. The second cohort, which runs from September to December, will focus on supporting startups in areas such as internet capital markets, artificial intelligence, and payments.
The mentors for this accelerator include Lily Liu, Chairman of the Solana Foundation, Siong, co-founder of Jupiter, Cansun, co-founder of Backpack, Mark, founder of Kamino, Bybit’s head of spot trading, Emily, founder of Byreal, as well as investors from institutions such as OKX Ventures and Cloud Nine Capital.
