Unlike previous launchpad launches, this time exclusively features Gemini Dollar (GUSD) as the sole subscription asset. GUSD is a high-quality, yield-generating asset backed by Gate ecosystem revenue, Treasury bond RWAs, and stablecoins. Users who hold GUSD automatically receive a 4.4% annualized daily minting yield. By participating in this Launchpad subscription, users can lock in high-quality XPL new coins while earning steady interest returns, creating a "subscription + income" dual-gain experience. The company announced that its fourth phase of the launch platform, Launchpad, will debut Plasma (XPL) .

This Launchpad phase will continue to adhere to an open and transparent distribution mechanism. The number of tokens a user ultimately receives depends on the proportion of their GUSD investment to the total subscription amount. Furthermore, the platform will rank users based on their total spot and futures trading volume between 00:00 on August 24th and 16:00 on September 25th (UTC+8).
