Decentralized exchange dYdX announced on Wednesday that it will launch a public testnet for dYdX Chain, a blockchain based on Cosmos. The testnet will start early at 17:00 UTC on July 5.

Layer 1 blockchain Ziliqa announced that the mainnet will be upgraded to version 9.2 at 16:00 Beijing time on July 5. The upgrade is estimated to take about 8 hours (possibly up to 24 hours), during which Ziliqa network will not process transactions and deposit/withdrawal will be suspended.

This upgrade will introduce multiple enhancements and new features to optimize performance and strengthen cross-chain functionality. One of the key improvements is enhancing interoperability between EVM and Scilla, simplifying the use of ERC-20 and ZRC-2 tokens.
