On July 23 and July 26, Gate.io issued announcements respectively, launching the "Flood Control and Flood Relief Fight" donation campaign, and volunteers to contribute love and modest efforts Power to help the "Battle of Water Retreat".

After the donation announcement was issued, enthusiastic Gate users soon volunteered to participate in this public welfare activity. In line with the principle of "rescue waits for no one, disaster relief does not wait for leisure", we immediately contacted and coordinated many support related matters, including Logistics vehicles, disaster relief materials, docking with the reception desk of donated materials of Henan Xinxiang City Charity Federation, etc., the progress is now announced to everyone, the flood is merciless, but love and touch are always there!

1. Coordinate supplies and transport vehicles

Jingzhou, Hubei at 8 am on July 24

Coordinated communication and transportation time: about 16 hours to Henan

The first batch of materials and fruits: 20,000 catties of pears, 1,000 boxes of mineral water (12,000 bottles)

2. The first batch of assembly support materials

On July 24-25, the loading of support materials in Jingzhou, Hubei was completed

Depart for Xinxiang, Henan at 23:00 on July 25

At 7:00 am on July 26, arrive at the donation reception desk of Henan Xinxiang City Charity Federation

Apply for the material receipt certificate, and then arrive at the flood control material storage warehouse in Fengqiu County, Xinxiang City to unload according to the local unified coordination arrangement

3. The second batch of assembly support materials

On July 27th, 100 boxes of bread, 50 boxes of biscuits, 500 sets of raincoats, 500 pairs of rain boots, and 24,000 bottles of mineral water have been coordinated and loaded. Follow the traffic instructions and send them to the donation site—Yuanyang County People’s Hospital .

At around 15:00 on July 27, the materials were donated to Yuanyang County People's Hospital

At the material registration office, the aid materials were connected with the local Xinxiang Red Cross Society and the donation certificate was received

Previously, it was disclosed on the "Sesame Youmaterial" WeChat public account that some of the support materials (eat-treasure porridge and grilled chicken) in the second batch arrived later due to transportation reasons, and were allocated to the third batch of materials for assistance.

4. The third batch of support materials

The third batch of support materials will begin to be loaded into vehicles this afternoon, and we are waiting for the feedback from the front support volunteers.

At present, the materials that have been coordinated in this batch include: 200 beds each, 100 bright flashlights, 500 boxes of eight-treasure porridge, 1,000 grilled chickens, about 1,000 T-shirts, 100 children’s T-shirts, 200 hats, and 250 shoes pair.

5. Next arrangements:

1) Send all batches of support materials that have been prepared to the people in the disaster area as soon as possible;

2) The fourth batch of support materials has been coordinated and transported by two Wuling Hongguang vehicles, and the support materials will be put in place as soon as possible;

The corresponding specific time is still being coordinated and confirmed, and the feedback will be announced to everyone as soon as possible...
