"DeFi Investment Practical Methodology" Preface

The electronic version of "DeFi Investment Practical Methodology" co-edited by "Dao Shuo Blockchain" and "Block Minority" has been released online. This book is the first book on the actual combat of blockchain investment released by Taoshuo Blockchain.

Wrote the original intention of the blockchain self-media:On the one hand, I hope to share my investment experience and ideas with readers, and on the other hand, I also hope to introduce the latest information and investment opportunities in the digital currency field to readers in a timely manner.

Since the birth of Bitcoin, I think there are three major opportunities in the field of digital currency investment: the first is investing in digital currencies in the early years, such as Bitcoin and Ethereum; the second is the rise of ICO in 2016;The third time is DeFi, which broke out in June 2020.

Most people have personally experienced the outbreak of DeFi. During the outbreak and development of this round of DeFi tide, I am not the first batch of wavers who have the foresight, but fortunately, we are not far behind. Shortly after the issuance of Compound, he began to track the development of this field and personally participated in various DeFi practices.

During this process, I found that although DeFi is good, due to its relatively high threshold, it has certain obstacles to investors in terms of operation and cognition. Therefore, it is not easy for ordinary investors to deeply understand the development of the DeFi field and various heads. Advantages of the project. This will ultimately affect everyone's correct investment in DeFi projects.

Most investors bought the tokens of a certain DeFi project, but they have never operated the project, and they don’t even know what the project is for. Under such circumstances, it is difficult for investors to judge whether the project is good or bad, and even if they buy value coins, it is difficult to truly build confidence in the project in their hearts.

Investors have no confidence in the project, so they will naturally be nervous and anxious in the face of all kinds of turbulence on the scene, wondering whether the tokens they invest in can withstand these fluctuations, and whether they are worth continuing to hold.

I think that the development of DeFi is still in the early stage, and its growth opportunities and space are still very large in the future, which is mainly reflected in two aspects:

One is that the tokens of many leading projects will bring us ordinary investors good regular investment opportunities in the next bear market after experiencing this round of bull market.

This requires us to be able to discover these good projects and track the development of these projects. As long as their fundamentals remain unchanged, in the future we can seize their low point in the bear market and start regular investment to grasp the next wave of wealth.

On the other hand, DeFi will definitely have more good projects emerging in the future.These good projects are very likely to have the next Bitcoin, Ethereum or YFI. To find these items, we need to build our own cognition and learn how to judge items.

To grasp the above two opportunities, we need both theoretical knowledge and practical learning. It is with this in mind that we have compiled this book.

In this book, the general content is as follows.

Part 1: Introduces the brief history of DeFi development and related concepts of DeFi.

Part II: Introduction to some well-known projects in the DeFi field. These projects have their own characteristics and have created precedents in their respective fields.

The third part: introduces some "mining" operations of representative projects. After reading these operations, even if you don't do it yourself, you can get a general understanding of what the so-called "mining" is doing and how to play it.

Part IV: Some good websites and tools in the DeFi field, they can provide us ordinary investors with timely data and information, let us grasp the latest developments in this field, we think it is an essential tool for research and investment in DeFi , the so-called "workers who want to do their work well must first sharpen their tools".

Part V: Some understanding of the current problems of DeFi, understanding and judgment of the future trend of DeFi.

Part VI: An introduction to DeFi investment, how to screen and invest in DeFi projects.

We hope that this book can cover different readers, so that different readers can find the content that suits them in this book. In addition, we also hope that friends who have in-depth research and strong interest in DeFi among the readers will contact me. I hope to cooperate with more friends and continue to update in the second, third and subsequent versions of this book in the future , to add new content.

A very important part of the blockchain is the development of the community, and the development of all well-known projects is inseparable from the community. We also hope to operate the subsequent development of this book in a community way, and mobilize the power of readers to invest in DeFi services for the entire community and all subsequent investors.
