According to data from the Flipside Crypto team, using an ETH rate of $613, this amount translates into approximately $1.71 in profit per day. Assuming each Ethereum 2.0 validator holds 32 ETH, 0.002792 ETH means a daily interest of 0.008725%. When this amount is compounded over the year, each Ethereum 2.0 validator holding 32 ETH earns about 3.2% APR.
