Transaction Fees
In terms of on-chain handling fees, Ethereum generated a total of 40,700 ETH in handling fees last week, or about 14.336 million U.S. dollars, a month-on-month decrease of 26.33%, while Bitcoin’s on-chain handling fees in the same period were 658.61 BTC, or about Up 13.41%.
The handling fee of Ethereum has dropped to the lowest level since the past 60 days. On October 11, the handling fee of the entire network was 3584ETH, which is a recent low. This also means that the demand for various contract transfers and calls on the Ethereum chain has been gradually reduced. Although Bitcoin’s on-chain fees have rebounded to a certain extent, they are still in a relatively low range. And before the market ushers in a big volatility, this downturn is likely to continue.
