What is Gitcoin? Let's participate in COVID-19 charitable donations!

Gitcoin is a decentralized application built on top of the Ethereum network. Although Gitcoin has "coin" in its name, it does not issue tokens. Gitcoin provides a community of developers to collaborate and monetize their skills through bounties on open source projects.

The founding team has built their business on the advice, mentorship and relationships of the local tech community. Gitcoin is a project that combines the #givefirst mantra with cryptocurrency incentives to write great software. Collaborate on open source software through the Gitcoin platform by allowing Repo maintainers, developers, and funders to find each other.

Gitcoin spawns more P2P jobs. Gitcoin is built on the Ethereum network and the solidity smart contract programming language.
