AI company F2 AI receives $5 million investment from Golub Capital

Odaily reports that F2 AI, a company focused on developing artificial intelligence for the credit sector, has disclosed a $5 million investment from private credit manager Golub Capital. As part of the equity investment, Golub Capital will gain access to F2 AI's AI agent suite to screen private credit investments, conduct due diligence, underwrite transactions, and monitor its portfolio using its own data. The two parties did not disclose the F2 AI valuation corresponding to this investment. (Bloomberg)
