Subscription channels are now open, Coinbase launches IPO service, with Oura Ring as the first project

Odaily reports that Coinbase posted on the X platform stating that IPO is now available on Coinbase, with Oura Ring as the first issuance project. Users can apply for subscription allocations directly through the app before public trading begins. The application channel will remain open until 4 PM Eastern Time on September 29, and applications can still be submitted during the weekend.
