Solana Validator Governance Proposals SGP-0001 to SGP-0003 Open for Voting

Odaily Odaily News: Solana Developers announced on the X platform that the Solana validator governance proposals SGP-0001, SGP-0002, and SGP-0003 have opened for voting, with voting set to continue until the end of epoch 1023. The three proposals are: SGP-0001 adopts the "Solana Constitution" to activate on-chain governance mechanisms; SGP-0002 raises the deflation rate from the current 15% to 30%; SGP-0003 restructures base transaction fees, dividing them into a fixed base inclusion fee paid to block producers, and a separate resource fee calculated based on transaction costs and 100% burned.
