Payward explores becoming a full-service bank outside the U.S., expanding into asset management and financial services

Odaily Planet Daily News: Payward co-CEO Dave Ripley stated at the Wyoming Blockchain Symposium that trading, banking, and asset management are the three key areas of focus for the company. Banking services include payments, lending, yield, and custody, and Payward already possesses all four capabilities. Payward's subsidiary, Kraken Financial, has obtained a special-purpose depository institution license in Wyoming and earlier this year received a streamlined master account from the Federal Reserve, allowing access to certain central bank payment systems.
