Bulgaria allows the United States to deploy refueling aircraft in the country to support Middle East operations

Odaily Planet Daily News Bulgarian lawmakers approved a US request to deploy refueling aircraft and military personnel at an airport in the country to support combat operations in the Middle East. According to a measure passed by the Bulgarian parliament on Wednesday, up to eight US KC-135 refueling aircraft with crew, and 250 soldiers carrying weapons and ammunition can be deployed to the Bezmer military base from July 24 to early October.
