This upgrade aims to enhance payment reliability by automatically failing over when block producers experience rare stalls to ensure smooth transactions, adding protection mechanisms to intercept transactions that could cause network slowdowns or instability, while providing node operators with clearer visibility to ensure seamless underlying operations.
