Bloomberg: NYSE Parent Company ICE Plans to Launch Computing Power Futures Market

Odaily Planet Daily News: The Intercontinental Exchange Group (ICE), parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, announced plans to launch futures contracts benchmarked to "computing power" to track the cost changes of GPUs and other computing power supporting the AI industry. The product is still subject to regulatory approval. It is reported that ICE will cooperate with financial infrastructure company Ornn to develop a related derivatives pricing system based on its GPU cost index. This index will be used to underpin the computing power futures contracts. (Bloomberg)
