According to Odaily, on May 3 local time, the chairman of the Civil Committee of the Iranian Parliament stated that, under the parliament's plan for the management of the Strait of Hormuz, all traffic through the Strait of Hormuz must obtain permission from Iran, and any goods belonging to Israel have no right to pass under any circumstances.
