Artificial intelligence company F2 AI receives $5 million investment from Golub Capital

Odaily report: F2 AI, a company specializing in artificial intelligence development for the credit sector, has disclosed that it received a $5 million investment from private credit management firm Golub Capital. As part of the equity investment, Golub Capital will gain access to F2 AI's AI agent suite to use its own data to screen private credit investments, conduct due diligence, carry out transaction underwriting, and monitor portfolios. The two parties did not disclose the F2 AI valuation corresponding to this investment. (Bloomberg)
